For 15 years I worked with Corrugate. I was offered a job on theatrical Ads, from there I went to POP, Home Entertainment, then to theatrical displays. Did you know you could expect at least 1/4" of stretch on a large board corrugate...
I came up with 20 creative concepts, rendered in 10 in Photoshop, built the 10 Photoshop Renderings into flat art. Printed the art at 50% of actual size, mounted the art on either E-flute corrugate or 24pt. stock, manually cut each piece to create 10 mini displays. All in 4 days with 1 assistant... We would win the account go through 180 revision cycles to this display...
Exact same print as the 48 ct. except of where the crops are. Preparing your 48 ct. board should have the 24 ct. in mined.
Inside Joke. Bend the legs in closer by 2 inches and call the design yours... There comes a time when people will do anything... enough about that.. Here we use the same sheet for the Prepack and the Standee saving Gobs in production...
